Apple pie and amber waves of grain

Raising families in safety in a nation of might

True unadulterated freedom reaching from sea to shining sea
Trips to the moon, shining cities on the hill
and fireworks blazing through the night

Soldiers protection from the dark
Proud marines on the march
Greatness and brotherly love
Never backing down from a fight

Freedom of speech and due process
A free economy, and ample opportunities
Living with integrity and honor
Having kindness and compassion for others

The realization that we are all Americans
One nation, under God, blessed with wisdom and insight
This is what America means to me!
